From the time and manner of collection of the vehicle through the weekly texted updates on progress, to the responsiveness of the staff and the fact that on the return of the vehicle to my home, the driver was able to brief me as to what the repair comprised in some detail. To guarantee a quick and easy booking in process of your vehicle, please ensure the following points are adhered to:

1) Externally your vehicle is as clean as possible when it is brought in / collected

2) There is a minimum of ¼ tank of fuel in it

3) Your locking wheel nut is in the vehicle and is accessible
